HR Interview Preparation

HR rounds test fit, communication, and professionalism β€” not coding. Many students lose offers here despite strong technical skills. Don’t be one of them.

What HR Interviewers Evaluate

  • Can you communicate clearly?
  • Will you be a good teammate?
  • Are you genuinely interested in this company/role?
  • Do you have self-awareness and growth mindset?
  • Will you show up, learn, and stay?
